Comprehensive Technical Support
Our after-sales approach is built on direct access. Clients have dedicated communication with the naval architects and engineers who designed and built their vessel. This Engineer-to-Owner model means that any technical inquiry reaches the right person immediately, not a general support desk.
We provide detailed technical documentation and customised maintenance schedules tailored to each vessel's operational profile and flag state requirements.
Global Warranty & Parts Availability
We stand behind the structural and mechanical performance of every Nova vessel. Warranty services are managed with a focus on minimising downtime, with critical spare parts and technical expertise accessible wherever the vessel operates. For hybrid and E-Propulsion systems, we offer dedicated monitoring and diagnostic support to maintain peak energy efficiency.
Refit and Modernisation
As regulations and technologies evolve, Nova remains a partner beyond delivery. We offer refit, repair, and modernisation services for both steel and aluminium vessels, applying the same engineering standards to every project whether it involves a systems upgrade, a structural modification, or a transition to greener propulsion.
Training & Commissioning
During commissioning, we provide on-site crew training covering all vessel systems, from bridge electronics to propulsion management. Every operator leaves with a working understanding of the vessel they will run.
